Our second time here and still just as good. The terrace is the best spot for morning coffee. The apartment is immaculate, the self check-in code worked perfectly and the whole stay was hassle-free. Guardamar isn't overrun with tourists, which is exactly what we wanted. The dunes pinede park on the doorstep is a genuine bonus.
Deux semaines avec nos deux enfants (7 et 10 ans), une vraie réussite. La réserve des dunes le matin, la plage à 8 min à pied, les restaurants à 2 min le soir - tout y est. L'appartement est très bien équipé, et la véranda arrière idéale pour souffler après une journée de plage. On a déjà réservé pour l'été prochain !
Very well organised rental. Clean, quiet, well located. Easy communication with the owner. The dune reserve is incredible - we cycled through it every morning. Would definitely return.
5 amis, long weekend de juin - impeccable. L'appartement est plus grand qu'il n'y paraît, les deux terrasses sont vraiment utilisables et le supermarché à 1 min c'est un luxe quand on est en groupe. Proprio réactif et sympa. On referait sans hésiter.
Great apartment, lovely area. The dune reserve is something we didn't expect - absolutely stunning. Beach takes a bit longer than 8 min if you go the scenic route but it's worth it. Only small thing: could use a few more hangers in the wardrobe. Overall a really good stay, would come back.
Stayed here for a week in autumn - everything still warm, beach almost empty and absolute perfection. The apartment is genuinely well thought-out, nothing is missing. The rear veranda is a pleasant surprise - really useful in the evenings. Guardamar itself is a proper Spanish town with great tapas bars. Very easy to reach from Alicante airport. Would not hesitate to come back.

The security deposit is fully refunded within 48 hours after check-out, provided the apartment is returned in the same general condition as on arrival - meaning no damage to furniture or equipment, and no missing items. End-of-stay cleaning is included in the price, so you don't need to worry about that. If damage is found, the repair or replacement cost will be deducted from the deposit before the balance is returned.
Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival - 100% refund. Between 15 and 30 days: 50% refund. Less than 15 days: no refund. Last-minute booking (arrival within 30 days of booking date): full payment required at booking, non-refundable. The security deposit is separate from the rental: returned in full within 48h after departure if no damage.
